Management Team

George Shaw - serves as the Company’s President and as a Director.  Mr. Shaw has 24 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and has been President of the Company since 1991.  Mr. Shaw received a degree in Business Administration from Hendrix College of Conway, Arkansas and is a retired Commander from the US Navy.

Scott Shaw - serves as Executive Vice President and as a Director.  Mr. Shaw is responsible for all aspects of the company's investor relations policies, objectives, initiatives, operations and finance.  Mr. Shaw maintains relations between the Company and its shareholders along with the general financial community.  Mr. Shaw has been with the company for 12 years and is a graduate of Oklahoma State University.

Andy Biddy - serves as Vice President of Administration.  He is responsible for Human Resources, Office Administration and Information Technology.  Prior to serving as VP, Biddy was assistant to the company’s President.  Biddy has been with the company for almost two years and is a graduate of Oklahoma City University.
